The nation of Zimbabwe has been on the searchlight in recent times ever since the military ousted the Robert Mugabe in a bloodless coup.
The man who is now ready to lead Zimbabwe is Emerson Mnangagwa .
Mnangagwa born on September 15, 1942, helped direct the 1970 Zimbabwe's war of independence. He later became the country's spy-master during the 1980 civil conflict. He was the first vice president of Zimbabwe and was in power from December 12, 2014 to November 6, 2017,
when he was dismissed by Mugabe for allegedly plotting against his government.
He later fled to South Africa after claiming alleged threat against him and his family Mnangagwa would step into power as soon as talks on succession ends.
